A hidden inclination ─ English prose

Curiously, the freedom hits me in a completely different way when I write in english. That may be due to the fact that the english is not my first language. And also because  I do not live in an english speaking country. Anyhow, this inclination does open a lot of possibilities to me, now.

This is the very first time that I write a blog post in english ─ or anything different from a simple chatter, a segmented text or a summary. And I must say that it rejoices me.

When I started this blog, I thought about writing in english, or making an english version of it, with all its content translated from the portuguese. However, as you can figure, that would be extremely laborious. But it isn’t off the table yet, specially because I intend to publish my books also in english. And you may wonder: which books?

Well, if you don’t know anything about me, I need to inform you that I like to keep this close relationship with the future. Yes, the future. And one of the purposes of this blog is to get in touch with my future readers.

Anyway, I don’t want this post to be too long. This is only an opening article. Soon I will be publishing a follow up.
